Tubing

The Day after X-mas was tubing day for my family. Grandpa work at TraulHaugen Skiing area and got extremely cheap tickets. The day was just prefect as the weather was not cold at all. The weather was about 30 degrees.

It was the first time, Rick and I took Tori Tubing. She is only about 6 years old now but let me tell you she is a little dare devil. We had about 15 people who when tubing. Age ranging from 3 years old to 39 years old. Yup.. From the youngen to the oldies.

Tubing is just like going on roller coaster and boat tubing except it is on snow. If you had a chance to do it. You should do it once. When we went down the hill, we did it as a group of about 23. The more weight you have the faster you go.

Last Minute X-mas Shopping

Today, I am driving back to St Cloud MN and then off to Osceola for X-mas. You would not believed the traffic on the road. It is not people going home for the holidays but last minute shoppers buying presents and last minutes gives..

Dang it people you should have done your shopping 3 months ago that way you can sit at home and hear your family and relative nag at you!!

Fire Alarm..

I was just sitting on my bed replying to the email when suddenly i hear a Buzzing sound.. What the hell... I was in my PJ's, took my car key and put some shoes open my door, Guess what i see and hear out loud by my door.. The freaking fire alarm.. Darn it, Got a fire in the hotel.. IT was irritating...

Anyways, I met my next room neighbour.. yup.. My co Worker.. I was wondering who stayed next door, They were so noisy.. found out it was my co-worker. He was drunk.. It was just funny, He went to work hung and was sleeping and talking funny.. I had my entertain for the day. I was laughing all day today and I just could not stop.

My new Quote is " I coming to you like a Spider Monkey".. and "Swing".. All I heard at work today is that. .. I am off to bed.. I still have my other entry for blog to finished too.

Boring Day

Its a boring day.. What can i say everyday for me is boring, with nothing to do except sit watch tv and do my blog.. but then that too is getting boring to me. I think i just need friends to keep me company!.. hahaha.. Just must have lots of BF one for each day that way it will keep me busy..

Christmas Shopping

The Holidays are just around the Conner.. Guess What, me have not done any shopping yet.. Yup, Can you guess, I am the last minute like the other 50 million ppl around the world... I just can't think what I would get for everyone.

As the days goes, My list seems to get longer and longer.. It is just hard to find something good to give and not expensive. I try not to spend over $20 for each person. This year I am celebrating x-mas at 2 places. I basically have like 6 ppl to buy for.

Since I am not like most ppl who gets all the shopping done in the first 2 weeks of December, I figure, gift card would be good. I just have to make sure that the store will be open after X-mas and that they have not gone under, that would be a disaster.

Well I got my list of store, I will start my x-mas shopping 2 days before x-mas..

Winter Weather Storm

As you guess another Winter Weather Storm in St Cloud.. Some of the highways going up north closed down... Anyways, I took some pictures this morning around the house. Hope that you enjoy. Yup I got a little wet from my expidition outside for that day.

Saturday.. Lazy day

Saturday came and gone.. Guess what.. I was like a kid in a candy store.. No one ever predicted this would have happen..


No Work!!.. Yippee..


Boss decided that it would be great to have a long weekend.. I just can't believe it.. At last i have a Saturday off.. I could start my Christmas shopping (yup! like that happen).. Its more like Zzz.. *Snore*..



As you can guess.. I was catching up on my sleep and don't have a worry about anything at all.. The only worry was that I would not be able to go back to La Crosse because of the Winter Advisory Alert.. I just have to wait and see what happens..

4-8 inches of Snow..

Today we had our first snow storm. We had about 15.9" or 1' 3". Wow so much snow... I am just loving it. I was hoping that they would closed work today but not... Anyways here are some pictures I took from work.Hope that everyone enjoy it.

Saturday!! OVer TIme

Yup.. Working Saturday.. this whole month, I will be collecting some Over Time. It would be a nice paycheck and since the holiday is coming and I have to buy a couple present, it would be just great.

I am not doing anything much at work on Saturdays. My routine on saturday is that I check my email, do some payroll and then i sit around for 10 hrs to do nothing... Since one of the guys left his flat screen tv and also PSP3. I have been playing with the games call "call of duty 4" with other people. It is fun.. Just fun for me.

Work is paying me to stay around to keep and eye on everyone.. Wow.. I am just happy earning some money..

5" snow... wow, It is winter now!!

This morning when I woke up, I looked outside my hotel window..Wow, There is snow on the ground. Snow! actual snow. Damn it.. More for me to brush off my car. Sure enough, after taking the muffins from the breakfeast area, Took me about 5 minutes to brush all the snow off my truck. Most of the snow ended up on me.



Yeah, being only 5' 2" and driving a SUV does not help. The road was bad. I can't believe it that some of the side road were not plow. Luckly driving an SUV help me. at least I am not sliding everywhere.



As I am on my way to work, I saw a car accident. I just can't beleive it some people just can't drive during winter. Well Hope you enjoy that story...

Work sucks!!

Work always suck for me this couple of days... I have been driving 6 hrs everyday to swap around company vehicle. Swapping them around and moving them to the new office.. My Ass, and back and my hand hurt from moving everything around. How does that work?

Hmm.. I think things would balance out. I am getting paid this weekend.. I think I can go shopping and buy something nice for myself.. Geez.. I need something girly.. My live is my jeans..

I think I can write a story on that already.. Hippie.. Kohls is having a sale.. I think I am going to see that.. and Need to buy that new batman movie on DVD this coming Tuesday..Thinking of all this stuff makes me happy..

Microtel Inn Onalaska Wi

Microtel Inn, Onalaska Wi. Since I have been working here, I have been living in a hotel room every week. Yup, I thought that maybe some of my readers would like to see where I stay when I am here.

Double bed.. i only use one. other to store my craps!

I wonder why the rooms only have mirrows? weird!!

Where I usually have dinner or occasionally lunch when i feel like it.

Driving in winter weather

Yuck! Yuck! Yuck! Winter is here. I had a long drive on Sunday. I am working in La Crosse, Wi. Usually It takes me about 4 Hours but yesterday, it took me 6 hours. 6 long hours driving in the car.

I just hate it so much. The weather turned bad that day. It started snowing and cars started to go into ditch and turned over. During my drive I think i have seen at least about 15 car accidents, most of the minor except for the one on I-90 close to La Crosse.

I almost cried waiting in the car for 1 hr. I had to pee so bad. I wanted to do the pe pe dance but hey can do it since I was driving. That Accident was a 6 car pile up. Later that night Isaw in the news that the car accident had one person injured really bad. I hope that the person survived.

I never so happy to see the hotel I am staying at.

The Day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday!!)

BLACK FRIDAY is back. This year, I was just smart to let my sister buy some stuff for me. I did not want to wait in line with the other nuts to get items at a cheap price. For me waking up at 3 am in the morning was not part of my deal. I just thought that when I wake up I would just go and see if it is available. I said to myself , if its there then it is meant to be.

Anyways, I did go shopping that day. I went at about 10.30 am. parking wasn't that bad and there is still crowed in the store. I end up getting my bed sheet that I wanted and also the bullet grinder that could make smoothie.. (yummy.. I am going to gain a tone of weight now).

What I really wanted was the flat screen LCD TV. I just don't see the point to pay $299 for it right now when I have a TV that work fine.. I don't know if every knows that this year, Black Friday claimed a life at the walmart in new york.

I just don't understand, what is so important in that walmart store that people can stop and help the guy up. Just trample over him. I think those people should just burn in hell or just be jail for life.

Well that is just my thoughts...

Bookmooch I found another good web about going green for books. This is place where you can exchange your books and get a new one. Going Green baby.

How this website work is that, you put your books by its ISBN number. For each book you put you get 0.1 points. once you get 1 point you can mooch from other moochers. Basically, you only for postage when you mail the book.

I think it is a great deal. I have received so many books from them and recycle the book back to people who wants to read them. I usually make sure that books are in good condition so that other readers can enjoy the book that I have read. vice verse.

I just love the website. You can used anywhere in the world. It is global. If you are an avid reader like I am, I would suggest that you join the group. It would save you a lot of money from buying books new.

Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow. I just called it turkey sleepy day, because you eat so much you end up sleeping either way. Anyways, This year, I have 2 Thanksgiving to go to. I decided to contribute a Turkey for one of the party. I am not bringing anything at all as I am working out of town. Hey i guess, I bought the turkey, at least they can do it cook it.

I think that people are going to miss my special pumpkin pie that I make every year. I don't use the stuff that comes in a can. The pumpkin is always fresh. Oh well. Well I have to get going and leave now.

At Last I got the picture of the 17 lbs Turkey uploaded. There was so much food, that i had left over that will last for at least 2 weeks. I went to my brother -in-laws parents house, I had a plate there and my niece keep bugging me for her pressie. I just told her that she have to wait until Christmas.

As the day progress, I got tummy ache. Yup, got sick from eating end up spending my time more in the bathroom then with the family. In the evening, I just mostly sat and did nothing. I just only had one plate and on the way home and sleepy like hell. I don't know everything I eat turkey, I tend to sleep more. Geez, that is just not good. Ate so much and I am putting on the pounds while sleeping.

Anyways, just tired now.. nap time for me...

Freecycle.org

Freecycle I found this website while reading an article about going green. It is the best found website that I have ever used. It is basically a place where you can put your items that you no longer need 0r want that are in useable condition so others can used.

Their misson statement: Our mission is to build a worldwide gifting movement that reduces waste, saves precious resources & eases the burden on our landfills while enabling our members to benefit from the strength of a larger community.

I Believe that if you help someone, they would help you back. I have used this website to attain a couple of furniture, books, and other services that people are willing to offer. This is a global website. You can find your town by logging on to their website.

Like it says, One person trash another person treasure. I encourage people to join, as you can recycle your old item that they no longer used and other people can reused it. You can empty your cupboards and do some spring cleaning ( more like winter) and put your items online for other who might be able to make used of it.

Monday Blues

I am Blue as it is Monday. I have been too lazy to do anything for the past 4 days. Staying in a hotel is not fun especially when the hotel has nothing to do Except for a room to sleep in and a TV with boring channels to watch.

2 weeks now staying in the same place and same room. There is nothing much to do in this town. I like to called in a college town. Basically all you do during the weekend is either go shopping or go drinking.

The shopping mall here is smaller then St Cloud and nothing is cheaper. Right now I am watching the TV show "heroes". Earlier during the show, It lost the sound. It was just music playing and don't even know what the actors are saying.

I am still having my Monday blues. I wish I was back in St Cloud with hanging out with my friends not with a bunch of guys!!

The Flu.... YIKES!!

I have been sick all this week. I was so hard to find a doctor in La Crosse when you don't even know the area. Luck for me, I have friends that help find somewhere for me to get seen.( Yeah After you tell them that you would share the cold/ whatever i had and they too can be sick like me) Muahahaha!!

Thank god, It was nothing serious. Got some antibiotics and I am back to my old self again. The new NCSI is on today. It is an okay episode, but I wish all the episode of my favourite runs for about 2 hrs everyday. Hmm.. There is more AD'S then TV shows. I guess advertiser are trying to get people to spend their money on unnecessary things. (They say to spend on the economy.Helps it expends)

Now that I am feeling better, I can blog more and put my vacations experiences and places that i have been to and maybe will entice people to visit it too.

The bed is calling..Til tomorrow.

Mackinac Island Aug 2008

Last August I went on a trip with my family. We Went to the Upper Peninsula. Basically it is Michigan. It is a very nice place to visit but a little expensive. If you ever make it up to Michigan, I would suggest you visit the place. It has a very nice scenery and also historic places to visit. One thing I took from this exprience is that never go on my brother-in-law tours. You never get to have lunch or rest!!

The Quarry Park

I received a digital camera from my dad as he got a new one from my brother. I tooked this pictures at the Quarry park in St Cloud, Mn. It is a beautiful place to take walks at especially during summer and fall and the place as a swimming hole, bike trail, hiking trail, fishing and rick climbing. Every summer, the place is busy with youngster and people walking their dog. I hope that all of you enjoy the pictures as much as I did.

Workaholic

What can I say, I am just a big freaking workaholic and don't have time for myself anymore. My dad always remind me " God gives everyone 24 hrs! Deal With it!" Just have to learned how to manage time better.

Anyways, I just blog when I have the time. I am working out of town now in a town called La Crosse, WI. The office I am working out of is a warehouse. It is so damn cold that I got sick over the weekend. I just hate the place. It is dusty, you can sweep all you want and there is still dust. I can't do anything about it. After sometime, I just give up.

Its been a long day for me, as I had a 4 hrs drive today from St Cloud MN. It could have been better if i have found a place to live down here. I have looked at 6 places and nothing peek my interest at all. What does it take to find a place that will actually pay for you heat. I like my room to be like the tropic's not the north poll!

Well I guess that is about it for now. I am tired and the bed look very inviting.

A wealthy old lady decides to go on a photo safari in Africa, taking her faithful aged poodle named Cuddles, along for the company.

One day the poodle starts chasing butterflies and before long, Cuddles discovers that he's lost. Wandering about, he notices a leopard heading rapidly in his direction with the intention of having lunch.

The old poodle thinks, "Oh, oh! I'm in deep doo-doo now!" Noticing some bones on the ground close by, he immediately settles down to chew on the bones with his back to the approaching cat. Just as the leopard is about to leap the old poodle exclaims loudly, "Boy, that was one delicious leopard! I wonder if there are any more around here?"

Hearing this, the young leopard halts his attack in mid-strike, a look of terror comes over him and he slinks away into the trees. "Whew!", says the leopard, "That was close! That old poodle nearly had me!" Meanwhile, a monkey who had been watching the whole scene from a nearby tree, figures he can put this knowledge to good use and trade it for protection from the leopard.

So off he goes, but the old poodle sees him heading after the leopard with great speed, and figures that something must be up. The monkey soon catches up with the leopard, spills the beans and strikes a deal for himself with the leopard.

The young leopard is furious at being made a fool of and says, "Here, monkey, hop on my back and see what's going to happen to that conniving canine!Now, the old poodle sees the leopard coming with the monkey on his back and thinks, "What am I going to do now?", but instead of running, the dog sits down with his back to his attackers, pretending he hasn't seen them yet, and just when they get close enough to hear, the old poodle says. "Where's that damn monkey? I sent him off an hour ago to bring me another leopard!

Moral of this story....Don't mess with old farts...age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill! Bullshit and brilliance only come with age and experience.

A store that sells husbands has just opened in New York City , where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates. So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband . .
