Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow. I just called it turkey sleepy day, because you eat so much you end up sleeping either way. Anyways, This year, I have 2 Thanksgiving to go to. I decided to contribute a Turkey for one of the party. I am not bringing anything at all as I am working out of town. Hey i guess, I bought the turkey, at least they can do it cook it.

I think that people are going to miss my special pumpkin pie that I make every year. I don't use the stuff that comes in a can. The pumpkin is always fresh. Oh well. Well I have to get going and leave now.

At Last I got the picture of the 17 lbs Turkey uploaded. There was so much food, that i had left over that will last for at least 2 weeks. I went to my brother -in-laws parents house, I had a plate there and my niece keep bugging me for her pressie. I just told her that she have to wait until Christmas.

As the day progress, I got tummy ache. Yup, got sick from eating end up spending my time more in the bathroom then with the family. In the evening, I just mostly sat and did nothing. I just only had one plate and on the way home and sleepy like hell. I don't know everything I eat turkey, I tend to sleep more. Geez, that is just not good. Ate so much and I am putting on the pounds while sleeping.

Anyways, just tired now.. nap time for me...

Freecycle.org

Freecycle I found this website while reading an article about going green. It is the best found website that I have ever used. It is basically a place where you can put your items that you no longer need 0r want that are in useable condition so others can used.

Their misson statement: Our mission is to build a worldwide gifting movement that reduces waste, saves precious resources & eases the burden on our landfills while enabling our members to benefit from the strength of a larger community.

I Believe that if you help someone, they would help you back. I have used this website to attain a couple of furniture, books, and other services that people are willing to offer. This is a global website. You can find your town by logging on to their website.

Like it says, One person trash another person treasure. I encourage people to join, as you can recycle your old item that they no longer used and other people can reused it. You can empty your cupboards and do some spring cleaning ( more like winter) and put your items online for other who might be able to make used of it.

Monday Blues

I am Blue as it is Monday. I have been too lazy to do anything for the past 4 days. Staying in a hotel is not fun especially when the hotel has nothing to do Except for a room to sleep in and a TV with boring channels to watch.

2 weeks now staying in the same place and same room. There is nothing much to do in this town. I like to called in a college town. Basically all you do during the weekend is either go shopping or go drinking.

The shopping mall here is smaller then St Cloud and nothing is cheaper. Right now I am watching the TV show "heroes". Earlier during the show, It lost the sound. It was just music playing and don't even know what the actors are saying.

I am still having my Monday blues. I wish I was back in St Cloud with hanging out with my friends not with a bunch of guys!!

The Flu.... YIKES!!

I have been sick all this week. I was so hard to find a doctor in La Crosse when you don't even know the area. Luck for me, I have friends that help find somewhere for me to get seen.( Yeah After you tell them that you would share the cold/ whatever i had and they too can be sick like me) Muahahaha!!

Thank god, It was nothing serious. Got some antibiotics and I am back to my old self again. The new NCSI is on today. It is an okay episode, but I wish all the episode of my favourite runs for about 2 hrs everyday. Hmm.. There is more AD'S then TV shows. I guess advertiser are trying to get people to spend their money on unnecessary things. (They say to spend on the economy.Helps it expends)

Now that I am feeling better, I can blog more and put my vacations experiences and places that i have been to and maybe will entice people to visit it too.

The bed is calling..Til tomorrow.

Mackinac Island Aug 2008

Last August I went on a trip with my family. We Went to the Upper Peninsula. Basically it is Michigan. It is a very nice place to visit but a little expensive. If you ever make it up to Michigan, I would suggest you visit the place. It has a very nice scenery and also historic places to visit. One thing I took from this exprience is that never go on my brother-in-law tours. You never get to have lunch or rest!!

The Quarry Park

I received a digital camera from my dad as he got a new one from my brother. I tooked this pictures at the Quarry park in St Cloud, Mn. It is a beautiful place to take walks at especially during summer and fall and the place as a swimming hole, bike trail, hiking trail, fishing and rick climbing. Every summer, the place is busy with youngster and people walking their dog. I hope that all of you enjoy the pictures as much as I did.

Workaholic

What can I say, I am just a big freaking workaholic and don't have time for myself anymore. My dad always remind me " God gives everyone 24 hrs! Deal With it!" Just have to learned how to manage time better.

Anyways, I just blog when I have the time. I am working out of town now in a town called La Crosse, WI. The office I am working out of is a warehouse. It is so damn cold that I got sick over the weekend. I just hate the place. It is dusty, you can sweep all you want and there is still dust. I can't do anything about it. After sometime, I just give up.

Its been a long day for me, as I had a 4 hrs drive today from St Cloud MN. It could have been better if i have found a place to live down here. I have looked at 6 places and nothing peek my interest at all. What does it take to find a place that will actually pay for you heat. I like my room to be like the tropic's not the north poll!

Well I guess that is about it for now. I am tired and the bed look very inviting.
